Can I upgrade or downgrade my lifetime plan?
By definition lifetime plans are not able to be downgraded since it's a one time purchase. If you only want to use the features available in the lower plans you have the ability to do that.
If you wish to use features that are only available in higher lifetime plans, you can upgrade in your listing subscription settings.
Can I transfer my plan to another listing?
Plans are tied to a single business listing. To discourage "listing hopping" (moving plans from one listing to another) you must purchase a separate plan for another listing.
What kind of support is available if I have issues with my listing?
We offer email and chat support for all plan holders. Response times may vary depending on your plan tier, with priority given to higher-tier subscribers.
How long does it take to set up my business listing after signing up?
Once you sign up, your listing can be set up within minutes using our guided onboarding process. Full customization might take longer depending on how much content you upload.
Can I use my listing on other platforms or websites?
Your listing is hosted on our platform, but if you purchase any paid plan you can share a white-label shareable link that keeps only your details.
You can safely share this link to your clients, social media, ads, or as a redirect from your website URL if it's ever down for maintenance.
Am I able to delete my listing whenever I want?
We retain listings for SEO, transparency, and to keep information current for visitors, as well as to allow easy reactivation if you return. You can un-claim your listing, letting us manage it with basic, publicly available details.
For temporary or permanent closures, update your status in the listing settings (available on all plans). Permanently closed listings remain visible, with recommendations for similar local businesses shown to visitors.
How often are new features added to the plans?
That depends on the feature complexity. If there is a feature that you would like to see us build for your business, contact support and we will add it to our feature suggestions.
What if my business operates in multiple locations?
If it's a service area business you can use one listing and target multiple locations.
For multiple locations, you’d need separate listings or a custom enterprise solution. Contact sales to discuss options.
Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with the service?
Lifetime plan purchases are not refundable, monthly and yearly plans will be given a prorated refund upon request based on the amount of days used.
What happens if I cancel my subscription mid-month?
If you cancel mid-month, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle you’ve paid for. No partial refunds are issued, but you’ll retain access to your features until that period ends.
Are there any hidden fees beyond the listed prices?
No hidden fees! The price you see is what you pay, though additional services (like sponsored ads, verification service, and other premium add-ons) would be optional and clearly disclosed and separate from listing features.
Can multiple team members manage the same listing?
Currently, only one account can manage a listing at a time. We’re exploring multi-user access for future updates—stay tuned!
